  • Q. When will your new prints go on sale? / How can I be informed about new product releases?

    A: Prints usually go on sale within a couple of weeks of the event, but may take longer depending on the location of the venue. To be fair to all fans we DO NOT respond to requests for specific release times or dates. All sale info is released through social media or the Munk One/Invisible Industries newsletter.
  • Q: The item I am looking for is marked as SOLD OUT, might you have any more lying around? Can you print more?


    A: Most items are Limited Edition, so once an item is sold out, it is most likely gone forever. We DO NOT respond to emails inquiring about “Extras” of products that are OUT OF STOCK. To be fair to all fans we release ALL information regarding release info through our websites and social media and or Newsletter.
  • Q. Is there a purchase limit?

    Posters are limited to 1 of each print and or variant per household for first 2 weeks of sale. Multiple orders of the same exact print are cancelled and refunded without exception. We also reserve the right not to sell to and or block anyone we deem to be a flipper.
  • Q. How can I find out more about the Artist and his work?

  • Q: Can you ship my order marked as a gift or less than the purchase price?

    No. Due to orders being shipped in groups we do not mark orders as “gifts” or less than purchase value for any reason. We also have make sure our packages are insured for the full amount.
  • If I pay now, can you hold on to my purchase for be sent at a later date?

    No. We ship and store too many orders to guarantee that certain ones are held on to, so just to be safe we ship everything as it comes in and have a policy of not holding orders.
  • What is this store's return and exchange policy?

    If for some reason your item is damaged upon arrival please hold on to ALL packaging and contact us with: 1.Photos of all damage including the packaging 2.Your Name, Order number and any tracking information. 3.The print edition number. We will file a claim with the carrier if possible and respond with a course of action if any on your part. Oncethe claim is approved we will refund your item through Paypal. *Refunds made through paypal may take time to process. Please see paypal for more information about their processing time.* All Sales Final. All items returned as not claimed will not be refunded. All refunds or exchanges, if any, are completely under the sole discretion of INVISIBLE-INDUSTRIES.com.
  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    *Please allow approximately 2 weeks from the date of purchase BEFORE inquiring about an order.
* Orders do not ship until they have been fully processed and approved. This includes online checks.
*USPS may provide a confirmation email with tracking information only once the item is shipped. Processing time may vary. We may need to verify any information provided before accepting an order. If for any reason the information provided requires further verification, the customer must respond to our inquery within 5 days of purchase, or the item may be restocked. We reserve the right, at any time after receipt of an order, to accept or decline an order.

 Packages ship once a week ussually within 1-2 weeks from the purchase date. Processing time may vary. Orders are most often shipped via USPS. We cannot be held responsible for the tracking information provided by USPS once the item is in transit as it may not always be accurate or up to date. We cannot get more information about the package than what is provided by the tracking number itself. Domestic orders shipped through USPS may take anywhere from 3-5 business days after shipping depending on the location.

 *International delivery times may vary between 3 and 8 weeks after shipping depending on your location.
  • Why did the item in my cart disappear before checkout?

    During high volume sales items may be sold out before they can be processed through paypal even if added to the cart. Adding an item to the online Shopping Cart does NOT guarantee or reserve an item. Payment Information submission to PAYPAL only confirms your payment information, it does not confirm your order. Confirmation of order is processed through our store only after you have submitted your information to PAYPAL. Items will then be checked against our inventory and confirmation of your order will be verified. Since many people may be placing orders at exactly the same time we reserve the right to refund any orders that cannot be filled for any reason. We value our customers and if for some reason an item is oversold we will go by the order of purchases processed as they came in.

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    We sure do!
  • Will I get a tracking number / conformation email?

    Processing time may vary. Conformation emails go out once the item ships. USPS may also provide a confirmation email with tracking information once the item ships. We cannot be held responsible for the tracking information provided by USPS once the item is in transit as it may not always be accurate or up to date. We cannot get more information about the package than what is provided by the tracking number itself.
  • Can I change my address or ship to a friends address after my order has gone through?

    A: We will accept corrections to the address, but the entire address cannot be changed to another location. 
All sales are final.
  • Would you consider donating to a charity?

    If you would like your charity to be considered please send us information regarding the charity and the 501C3 number of your organization along with the shipping address. We do not send free items to individuals.

 We would also please request a letter or email indicating the name of the charity organization, 501C3 number and the final value of the donated item as a receipt for tax purposes once the item is sold.
