What is this store's return and exchange policy?
Returns are gladly accepted within 7 days of purchase. Returned items must be in their original, unworn condition, with all tickets and hangtags, and poly bags attached.
Returned items will be refunded within 2 to 3 business days after receipt in our distribution center, subject to our inspection that the items are in original unworn condition, with all original tickets and hangtags attached. Credit will be issued for the value of the items at the time of the original purchase, and processed to the credit card used at the time purchase. Shipping charges cannot be refunded.
We do not process exchanges on-line. Due to volume, we encourage you to purchase the desired size or new item to ensure availability.
Items marked “Final Sale” are not returnable.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery times using Fedex Ground service is typically 1 to 5 business days, depending on location. For the approximate delivery time for your location, see the map of Fedex Transit Times.
If you refuse a shipment and it is returned to our distribution center, you will not be credited for any shipping charges.
Orders received by 11 a.m. CST will be processed the same day. Orders received after 11 a.m. CST will be processed the next business day. Currently, orders are not processed in our distribution center on Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays. Orders received on these days will be processed on the next business day.
For international orders, you will be responsible for any applicable customs duties and local tax that may apply upon entry. Check with your local Customs agency for rates and other charges that may apply. These additional charges will be billed by the carrier.
