• Where does this store ship from?

  All orders, merchandise, & items are shipped from Miami, Florida

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  All sales are final but We will ONLY accept returns if the product is defective upon arrival. We are not responsible for the shipping charges of the returned item and are non-refundable. When we receive the returned item, YOU HAVE 2 OPTIONS: 1. we will send you ANOTHER item of the same one you purchased. 2. We can refund your money but not the shipping costs. Once you've placed your order with us, let us know your preferences, for example: which color (if the item comes in many colors), size, & etc. - If any questions arise, please, contact us via email!

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 15 BUSINESS days to arrive: starting from the day after the order was placed and depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
