• Where does this store ship from?

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  This is "made-to -order" and may take up to 14 days to complete. Items will ship immediately after completion. Returns are accepted within 20 days of purchase for either Money Back or an exchange. If you do have any issues, please feel free to email me and I'll work to resolve them for you.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• Are Items Handmade?

  All items are handmade with great care by me and custom orders are available. These Items have never been worn and come from a smoke-free, pet-free environment. Due to the handmade nature of the products, no two items will look exactly alike, but will be as similar to the original as possible. All of the hats/headbands range in size from newborn to adult, and unless otherwise stated in the description include two colors. A small additional charge of (1.00/each) will apply for adding additional colors, and a separate invoice will be sent to assess that charge. Add your color choices, size or any specifications you have in the notes section of the shopping cart, or email me the info from the contact page. Keep in mind: crochet is stretchy so size measurements are approx. To get the best size match, measure your head and purchase the hat closest to measurement. Hats are designed to fit snugly. All items are fully customizable. • What are your sizing options?

  Sizing Guide Newborn Size: 12"-14.5" head; (please remember most babies are born with a head around 13"-14" so this hat would be best suited for a brand spanking new babes or photo shoots that you don't want the hat too big. If you are looking for something that will fit a little more long term I would jump up to the next size.) 3-6 months: 14"-17" 6-12 months: 17"-19" Up to 5+ years: approx 20.5" Headbands/Adult/Teen Woman's Beanies: Fit an average size woman's head, approx 22"-24". Crochet is stretchy to size measurements are approx. To get the best size match, measure your head and purchase the hat closest to measurement. Hats are designed to fit snugly. If you feel you have a head that measures smaller or bigger then the general guidelines for age then it's probably best to measure to be sure to get the best fit. For example, my kids have smaller then average heads, but are not the norm. My 4 month old wears the newborn size still, my 3 year old the 3-6 month size, my 4 year old the 6-12...you get the picture. Again they are by no means the norm...generally speaking you'll want to go off the guidelines above.
