Hello! I review cosmetics! How do I get free samples?
Free samples of new shadows and some of our fav shades are often added to orders. We also have contests and giveaways from time to time, as do many of our models.
That being said, please do not email us asking for just free samples. If we want to offer free samples to bloggers, we will contact those bloggers individually.
I have a question for Tiff and/or Elizabeth...how do I reach them?!

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
We sure do! The only difference is that we cannot put a tracking number on your package.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Our current turn-around time is up to 14 business days (meaning not including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.) If you have a question about your order, please email us at email@example.com for more information!
Where does this store ship from?
We ship from Speedway, IN which is just a few minutes west of Indianapolis. I'm about two minutes drive from the brickyard! :-)
How much product is in your sample size and how is it packaged?
We measure out 1/8 of a teaspoon using a standard measuring spoon and put it into our 2 inch square baggies! Each baggie also has a sticker with a the color name and the list of ingredients on it!
What is this store's return and exchange policy?
If your order is incorrect, we will be happy to replace it for you. Just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know!
If you are dissatisfied with your products in any way, please contact our president at email@example.com with your concerns.
I haven't received my package but it says it has been shipped! I think it might be lost...What do I do?
If you think that your package might be lost, please contact the United States Postal Service responsible for your area. Once an order has been shipped and given a tracking number, Tick:Tock Cosmetics is not responsible for lost packages. Please use your tracking number to track your order by going to www.usps.com and going to TRACK AND CONFIRM. If you have further issues, be sure to contact your post office. We do not offer refunds for lost packages that are marked as delivered by the USPS tracking information. If you have an issue and are unable to resolve it with your post office, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist you.
