• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  EXCHANGE POLICY Unfortunately we do not currently issue formal exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item we suggest you place a new order for the item you want and send the original item back for a refund. RETURN POLICY Returns on clothing will only be accepted within 7 days of receipt, in NEW, UNWORN and UNWASHED condition with all tags attached. Please email maryjaneclothing@yahoo.com with details of why you are returning your item. We will respond within three business days to give further information on how to return the item. You will not be credited for shipping on returned items. Customer also needs to pay for return shipping back to MARYJANE CLOTHING. Sales are final for sale items! If you have questions please contact our customer care department at maryjaneclothing@yahoo.com. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN? Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via email at the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Most orders ship within three business days of purchase. Once your order has shipped, you can expect to receive it in 5 to 7 business days. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or federal holidays.

• What methods of payment do you accept?

  We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards as well as Pay Pal. We do not accept personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers.

• What are the shipping options?

  Domestic orders can be shipped via USPS Priority Mail which has a 5 to 7 day delivery time. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the US postal service. For international shipments, please email maryjaneclothing@yahoo.com.
