• The Brand

  We are a clothing brand from Northeast Ohio. Our goal is to bring you the customer the latest and most fashionable clothing apparel at an affordable price. Our main focus is that we’re on the rise and we believe we can become something great down the road. We originally started as Stay UP Apparel and for some personal reasons we decided to change our name to Stay UP Lifestyle. We began our journey printing 25 shirts from a local shop in our hometown and gave them all away for free. We had both good and bad feedback but didn’t let that stop us. We’ve currently been on this journey for about a year or so now and we’re nowhere near where we want to be but we’re comfortable at the pace we’re going and know the road will only get tougher before it gets easier.

• Locally Inspired

  Being from Northeast Ohio we represent the struggle Ohioans are battling with the economy and low paying jobs just like thousands of other areas around the country. At all different ages there’s a significant decrease in job opportunities today, so why not make your own job? That’s exactly what we did and will continue to do so. We represent the drive to be successful and enjoying the journey along the way.

• What does it mean?

  The meaning behind “Stay UP” is basically being “above all else” and staying positive while pursuing your dreams/goals in life whatever they may be. No matter what happens in life there is always going to be ups and downs and the difference between those who succeed and those who fail is how you handle and overcome those obstacles in front of you. Forget the negative influences around you that does nothing but bring you down. It’s a simple two words to remember, Stay Up.. it’s a lifestyle.

• What do we hope to achieve?

  As stated above we hope to get our name out there locally and branch out worldwide. There’s so many brands out right now no one can keep up with all of them. So many people miss out on great, unique brands with positive meanings because they don’t have the time to research or the brand itself doesn’t have the means or knowledge of promoting themselves to their full advantage. We’re taking full advantage of all online networking sites, promotional tools, public events, word of mouth, etc. We’ve given out a lot of free or discounted apparel in the past year, some would disagree with this but we see it as a great way to get the name out there by any means necessary. I was told you’ve got to spend money to make money and be in the long haul in this industry. By no means do we expect to become known overnight. Another big reason we changed our name to Stay Up Lifestyle was because we hope to achieve more than just being a clothing brand. We want to help give back whether it be by hosting/sponsoring local events or helping out in any way with the communities around us. Ohio has been good to us and we want to do the same. We felt like the meaning behind Stay Up was something anyone could be a supporter of and relate to and lifestyle just summed it up as being what we consist of everyday. We’re all about supporting others because you’ll get nowhere in life without the support of others around you.

• MMXI (2011)

  This year has been very exciting and we’ve gained a lot of experience/knowledge as a brand. We’re still just getting our feet wet and the only way is up from here. 2011 is also the year we really got focused and began to push the name everywhere we went. Whether it was at a college festival, concert we were attending, or just running into someone asking about the name. The best way to keep up to date with us is by following our Facebook and Twitter pages or checking the website and blog regularly.

• The Team

  We currently consist of a small group of people with the drive to do something different. Although I am the only one investing money in currently we have some outside help with some hired in workers we use to help expand our designs and ideas. We also have many close family members and friends in all different fields that help us whenever they can with whatever we may need. Whether that means simple things like writing about us on social networks (Facebook, Twitter, etc.), word of mouth to friends, or even constructive criticism. There’s no room in life to not speak your mind so when someone asks you for your honest advice to best serve them, give it to them.

• Where does this store ship from?

  We currently ship from our residential address or a local post office.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We currently do not offer just any order from outside of the U.S. but we will however consider it if you place the order or email us.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Most of our orders currently take 3-5 business days depending on where you're located and the efficiency of your local post office can be faster or slower.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  We do not accept returns, only exchanges of goods. If you have ordered the wrong size the return must be made within 14 days of purchase. Product must be in good condition (not worn) and original packaging must be returned. In the rare occurrence a product may be refunded if the circumstances are adequate, please email customerservice@StayUPlifestyle.com explaining your situation with the subject being "return item".
