• Where does this store ship from?

  Danville, VA and all items are stocked on location.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  I guarantee my jewelry! If my Artisan Designs do not meet your expectations, please feel free to return the item to me in its original packing within 3 business days of delivery for a full refund less original shipping amount. If there there is an error on my part w/your purchase, I will gladly refund your original shipping.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do! We ship all over the world!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. Processing times are usually 2-3 business days unless otherwise noted in the specific listing. Please note: Customer orders such as baby bracelets and mother's jewelry can take up to a week to process before shipping. I do my best to keep in contact with the customers so they are best informed about their purchase. :)

• I would like a custom item, how do I place that order?

  Contact me through the contact link or custom [@] jewelrytrinketdesigns.com. We can discuss the design and pricing. Payment is done one of two ways.....you can make a $25 deposit to begin the work (non-refundable) and upon completion and being sent a photo of your custom piece, the balance (less the $25) will be billed to you via the store here or through an invoice through Paypal. We also take major credit cards which can be called in. Or secondly, you can pre-pay for your piece. The deposit process works nicely as a good faith gesture and insures your spot in the designing process and a guarantee date without paying completely upfront. This has worked beautifully for our shop for years.

• I see a piece of jewelry I love but want to make a few changes, can you do that?

  Most of my jewelry is customizable......some can be duplicated and some are one of a kind. We always strive to design your custom piece exactly to your liking. If you have any questions, please use the contact form and we will be happy to get back with you and answer any questions or concerns you may have.

• How do I measure my bracelet size? Do I use a piece of jewelry I already own?

  NO, please do not use an existing piece for measurement! Since all designs are different and depending on the style of the piece is how much bulk it takes up on your wrist, you must simply measure your wrist around the widest part of the wrist bone with a soft flexible measuring tape. The tape should be wrapped around the bone and pulled very snug, but not too tight. Measurements should be given in inches. From this measurement, the designer will add any additional length to the bracelet necessary for the clasp and will counter for the size of the beads in the design you have chosen. This is what insures a completely proper fit the first time.
