• Where does this store ship from?

  Items are shipped by USPS Priority Mail or First Class mail within the US ,with delivery confirmation, once payment is cleared.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  We make every effort to provide an accurate description of each item including an approximate modern day size. However, it is very important to pay close attention to the measurements provided. Please feel free to ask us any questions before making your purchase. Approximate sizes are only meant as a guideline. Please note, some of the clothes we sell are bigger than the models that we use. We may clip the clothes so that they fit the models better. Please see the measurements in each product listing to insure a proper fit. WE DO NOT REFUND IF YOUR ITEM DOES NOT FIT All Vintage items are thoroughly and carefully inspected by our Vintage team. If you have purchased a Vintage archive items and feel that it's condition was grossly misrepresented in wear or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Your satisfaction is extremely important to us! If we are selling a NEW item from a limited collection, we will have returns or exchanges during the sale period; only of the limited designers collection items.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Not at this time. We hope to soon.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• Are all your items in stock?

  Yes, all of them are in stock unless otherwise noted. Since everything is either deadstock or limited edition pulls, there is generally only one in stock for each style or size. Influence is unable to restock the same item once it is sold out but if we do, we will let you know pronto!

• Condition Rankings:

  Excellent - This item is in a 'like new' condition. The item may have been worn, but the fabric shows little or no signs of wear. Item has no visible flaws. Very Good - This item may show signs of slight wear. There are some imperfections with this item which would only be noticeable upon close examination and does not detract from the overall look of the piece. Good - Item shows signs of wear or use. May have small marks, pulls, or spots and may contain a few flaws, but is generally in good condition.
