Store FAQ

• Where does this store ship from?

  Either Decatur GA or Atlanta GA depending on which shipper we use.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Generally we do not take returns or exchanges, but if you get a defective item, we'll work with you.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We accept foreign orders, but the buyer must pay shipping and any tariffs or fees incurred on their end. Also, we do not guarantee anything shipped outside the US since none of the shippers offer international tracking.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• Do you accept commission requests?

  Of course! Simply email Angela (Management) with your request at angela@indigodragon.net. We price each commission depending on what it is, but generally they are $20 and up.

• Can I find Think Weasel! as a digital download?

  Yes! We are currently with Graphic.ly(.com). Our first small collection is available for FREE from Graphic.ly and we will have other collections up approximately one per quarter.

• Can I get the same products online as I can at a convention?

  Well, yes and no. We duplicate much of our stock at conventions (shirts, buttons, sketch cards), but we offer large collections ONLY at conventions and we offer the small collections ONLY as downloads at this time. See Digital Download question above.
