• Where does this store ship from?

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 7 days with the issue.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes. Each item will show the international shipping rate below the US rate. Please note that items sent outside of the US will be sent via USPS First Class Mail and a tracking number will not be provided, but a US Customs Form number will be emailed to you.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Print Orders: All print items are made to order so please allow up to 3 business days to prepare your proof. Once you’ve approved the proof the item will be sent off to the printers. Your order will arrive within 7 business days once the order has been placed with the printer. Digital Downloads: Digital downloads will be provided to you within 3 business days in an email. These items will not be shipped to you and it is your responsibility to print them yourself whether it is at home, through an online vendor, or at a copy center. Other Party Items: Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to arrive. All items ordered from will ship from our Fairfax, VA location via United States Postal Service (USPS). US customers will receive their order via Priority Mail (2-3 days) with delivery confirmation and international customers will receive their order via First Class mail without tracking information, though a customs form number will be provided for proof of shipment. You will receive an email when your package has been shipped. We cannot be responsible for transit times or lost items, which is the responsibility of the carrier.

• Do you take custom orders?

  Yes! Please message me and we will discuss options and costs. Then a custom listing will be made.

• Do you offer discounts of freebies?

  Every month I include some sort of freebie or deal with your order as long as you follow the rules. For discounts, enter the discount code when you check out. For freebies, enter the secret phrase in the notes section when you check out. It changes every month and will be posted in the FAQ right below this question, but you can also find out by following me on Twitter or Facebook.

• What is this month's perk?

  August's perk of the month is a dozen party flags! Mention "Yay, flags!" in the notes section of your order and I will include 12 festive flags with your order. They look great on top of cupcakes, in a drink, in tea sandwiches, etc. 1 set per customer. "Yay, flags!" must be included in the notes section in order to receive this perk. Flags cannot be customized or substituted for another freebie, though if I'm feeling festive I may color coordinate it with your order. :)
