  We ship from the US.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Your unused item(s) may be returned or exchanged within 21 days of ship date. Any defective item or incorrect shipment will be replaced at no shipping charge to you. Please contact our customer support before sending back a shipment to us.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We only accept orders in the US, Canada and Puerto Rico.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive, depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 days.
