• Where does this store ship from?

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Items are non refundable. If an item is damaged in shipping-notification is needed within three business days of receiving merchandise-You must provide a picture of the damage-You may return the item at your own cost-I will re-create a new piece...Return shipping is paid for by the customer. Insurance is not required but highly recommended in case a piece is lost or stolen in transit. Items will not be refunded if insurance is not purchased.Please contact me if you choose to add insurance PRIOR to checking out.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  I will ship outside the U.S. with a flat fee and an additional $1 per item to cover cost of weight variance. No tracking or insurance is offered for overseas transactions. Only Customs declaration.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. Please allow extra time for special orders,as they will be created once all the details are worked out and deposit is paid. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• Do you accept custom orders?

  Yes,Custom orders are accepted with a 50% deposit of the total purchase. Deposit's are nn-refundable. Items must be approved and paid for with shipping/tracking (and insurance by request) prior to shipping. 7 business days are required to create your piece. I do not work on weekends-that is family time. Once approved and paid for domestic orders will ship on average of 3 business days (but may take up to 7 depending on bad weather). You will be emailed your tracking number. Insurance is not required-but please contact me if you would like to add insurance to your shipping rate. Custom orders are non refundable. Family Trees are created in most cases using 4mm round Czech glass beads. Cost for Custom pieces is $13 on average but may go as high as $15 depending on beads/stones.Please feel free to email me and will will work together to create your one of a kind piece.

• What form(s) of payment do you accept?

  Paypal is Preferred,but Money Orders will be accepted (if paying by money order please contact me...Items WILL NOT ship until payment is received) Paypal is ONLY accepted through Storenvy

• How much do Custom Family Trees Cost?

  On average $13 but may go as high as $15...I use 4mm round genuine Czech glass beads to represent the birth months~Some can be created in acrylic facets as long as they DO NOT include January or March,as I cannot get facets in the proper shades)

• Do you hold pieces?

  Pieces will be held with a non-refundable dieposit of $5 towards the cost of the piece and ONLY held for 3 days...IF FULL PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED WITHIN THREE (3) DAYS...ITEMS WILL BE RE LISTED and deposit will be forfeited. Deposit is NON REFUNDABLE Please contact me @ znmecreations@gmail.com if you need something held (but ONLY for three days)

• All jewelry is intended for children over age 14

  Handmade jewelry contains small parts...All jewelry is recommended for children over age 14

• What is the shipping charge?

  For domestic orders (Continental US ) $3.14 for shipping and tracking. An additional .05cents will be charged for additional pieces. For Canada...$3.14 and an additional .10 cents for additional pieces All other countries $7.50 and an additional .75 cents for additional pieces. Tracking only applies to US shipping.
