Store FAQ

• Where does this store ship from?

  All items come directly from me, Tasha, a.k.a. jewelwing. I'm located by the beach in sunny southern Florida.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  There are lots of photos, so please view the item carefully. Returns are generally not accepted. However if the item is damaged or has been misrepresented somehow, I'll do my best to make sure you're happy. I made the rules here, I can can break them if that's what's needed!

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  For sure!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  The official processing time is 2 days, however many items ship out sooner than that. I don't like to wait to receive things, so I try and make sure you don't have to either. Once shipped most domestic orders arrive in 2-6 days. I ship with USPS.

• Where do these items come from?

  I make them, with my own little hands.
