• Where does this store ship from?

  All of our paintings are handmade and shipped from several locations including USA, Europe and China.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  If you are unhappy with your painting, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt and receive a full refund; however, you are responsible for all shipping fees to return the painting to us (we refund the sale price).

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once we receive your order we will arrange for it to be painted within days, after it is painted and assembled correctly, after this it will be shipped so the approx. time is 14-21 days however we will notify you if we are going to exceed 21 days.

• Can you create custom paintings?

  We sure can, please contact us via the contact form at the bottom of our website detailing what you are seeking and we will reply within 24 hours. We can create paintings from wedding pictures, of animals and almost anything you can imagine.
