• Where does this store ship from?

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Return only within: 3 Days Refund: Money Back I want my customers to be happy with their purchases, and experience with Little Village Naturals. Items can be returned but please do not ask for a return if they have been used, washed or worn. Buyer pays for shipping cost to return item. Refund will be issued when item has been received, and looked over.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes. Shipping & Handle rates will apply, and vary depending on where they are being shipped. The arrival time will also vary depending on where the item(s) is being shipped.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• Do you accept custom orders?

  Yes! I would be happy to accept custom orders! Any item in my store that is available for custom order will be state that it is available for custom order. Please contact me to discuss colour selections, etc. Some other items in my store are OOAK (One Of A Kind) and are ready to ship, and will not mention having custom ordering available.
