• Where does this store ship from?

  Arizona

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  No returns or exchanges due to arrival of item being damaged, lost, or stolen. Once item is sent via USPS I am not responsible for any damages or losses that occurs with them. I always get delivery confirmation and it is available on your item upon request. No returns as to each item is unique and custom ordered. If jewelry does break due to wear and tear, then you may return it, I will fix it and ship it back, but you pay shipping. For any replacement or fixes you must take a picture first and send it to me before I will accept a broken piece and fix it.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do! Just pay extra shipping!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. For custom orders please allow up to 2 weeks for your item to be made and shipped out.

• Form of payment?

  I use PayPal. Please email me if you need different options.

• How long do you hold custom orders and reserved listings?

  You have 4 days to buy your custom order or reserved listing before it is put up for general sale.

• How long does it take for custom orders?

  Please allow up to 2 weeks for custom order. I will try to make your order as soon as I can. If you need it sooner than 2 weeks let me know dates and we can see what we can work out :) I also do custom orders on a first come first served basis.

• When do orders get shipped?

  We will be shipping on Mondays and Thursdays. Any orders placed between these days will go the next day as soon as possible. If you need your order before that, please contact us and we will try to get it out sooner!

• Do you smoke or have pets?

  All our items are made in a smoke free, pet free environment.
