Store FAQ

• Where does this store ship from?

  Fairylogue Press is based right outside Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Packages will ship from Mechanicsburg or Enola, depending on the post office visited that day.

• How do you ship your products?

  Prints 8x10 and smaller will be shipped flat in a protective sleeve with backerboard, sandwiched between two pieces of cardboard. They will go in a sturdy photo mailer. 13x19 prints will be rolled and mailed in a tube. Small comics will be sent in a bubble mailer sandwiched between cardboard. Namesake books will be sent out using a cardboard literature mailer. Pendants are sent in a bubble mailer.

• Do you charge sales tax?

  If you live in the state of Pennsylvania, we do charge state sales tax.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  All products are final sale, but if you have a defect upon delivery (damaged pendant, missing pages from a book, mangled print due to post office, etc.), we will be happy to replace it within the first couple of days of delivery. Sorry, we won't send you a replacement book if you spill coffee on it a couple months out. Please email a photo of the damage, and we'll dispatch a new product out to you.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do! We love all of our fans.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
