• Where does this store ship from?

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Your money will be refunded for broken items.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do! Unfortunately the shipping rates are higher outside of the USA, where I ship from. I wish I could change this. There are no shipping fees for tarot readings.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• Are you a real witch?

  Yes! I have been since I was 16. My items are ritually made. I am also a real medium....so if I feel that I can't tap in when I give you a reading, I will refund your money or try again at a later date, whichever you are comfortable with.
