What is this store's return and exchange policy?
I am not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged goods during the shipping process. This is a small independent business and unfortunately, I am currently unable to offer any returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

I saw a product that I wanted to buy, but it's sold out! Will there be more available?
Many of my products are one of a kind due to my limited amount of supplies.
However, if you want more of a definite answer, feel free to email me at nattiee@live.com and ask me about it! If I have the available supplies to remake that product, I can make it and hold on to it for you! :)

What does the shipping cost cover?
The shipping cost covers the fee needed to ship your product through first class or priority mail and also provides you with a tracking number so you will know where your package is!

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
I do, but it's not really recommended. International shipping costs are very expensive (around $35-$40) and that's pretty pricy for people outside of the US. However, you can still buy from me if you'd like, but you will have to accept these shipping costs.

Any tips on keeping my jewelry/accessory in good condition?
Just follow these tips!
-Avoid exposing your jewelry or accessory to excessive amounts of liquids such as sweat, perfume, lotion, etc.
-Clean with a soft cloth or tissue. Do not use cleaning solution.
-When not in use, store in a dry area such as a jewelry box.
