• Where does this store ship from?

  We ship from our headquarters here in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Ofcourse! Our goal is to have our products be worn all over the world!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  In North America, our packages tend to be received within 7 to 10 business days depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 to 3 weeks depending on the border and your local postal service. **NOTICE** Customers will be responsible for any and all duties accumulated at the border of their respective Country.

• I just bought some of your wicked gear! What day does it get shipped out on?

  The worst thing to happen when you order something online, is for it to take months to get to you! Unlike most companies, that ship out once a week or sometimes once every 2 weeks, we ship next business day! This means that if you order something on a Wednesday, we ship it out on a Thursday!

• You're from Canada and its more expensive to ship within Canada then to the US? What gives?!

  Well, indeed, it is more expensive for us to ship within Canada then it is to ship from Canada to the United States. Reason being, is that when shipping within Canada, we have to pay PST of said province, aswell as fuel charges. Thats why we have to charge a bit more for shipping within Canada! **NOTE** We DO NOT profit off of shipping, no matter to what country.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  We do not accept exchanges/returns at this time. However, if we send out the wrong size garment, we will pay shipping to have it come back, and be sent out again! We apologize if this has happened to you.

• Can I suggest something I'd like to see on the online store?

  You betcha! If you don't see something on here, and you'd like to see it in the future, e-mail us at tandcapparel@gmail.com to see it up on our site soon!

• Will you be adding more items to your store?

  Ofcourse! We are always designing and coming up with new ideas for items to add to our online store! Check back often to see whats new!

• Does TC Apparel look to endorse bands?

• I live locally here in Edmonton, do I have to order online?

  No you don't! We deliver anywhere in Edmonton! Just shoot us an e-mail at tandcapparel@gmail.com and we'll go from there!
