• Where does this store ship from?

• How do I pay for my order?

  The Storenvy checkout process uses PayPal, one of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as PayPal.com. Before entering any personal credit card information, you will be transferred to PayPal's secure servers. PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. PayPal will also accept payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.

• Do I need a Storenvy account to buy stuff?

  Nope. Just place your order as a Guest. But you will need a PayPal account at checkout.

• Do you refund excess shipping charges if it is less than estimated?

  Yes. If the actual shipping cost is over $1.50 less than the estimated shipping cost then I will refund the excess back to your PayPal account. Please note that my shipping charges are estimates to ship to all parts of the United States. Closer locations will cost less and refunds are paid accordingly.

• Do you combine shipping if I purchase more than one item?

  Definitely. Send me an email when you place your order and I will give you the combined shipping rate. NOTE: Please check your Spam folder for a reply within three days.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes! Items will be shipped Priority International to protect both the buyer and the seller. Please email me for an accurate shipping/handling price prior to placing your order then PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER FOR REPLIES WITHIN THREE DAYS.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Please ask any questions prior to purchase. I understand if you need to cancel an order before it is shipped just email me prior to shipping. Once the item is shipped then I will accept returns only if the item is grossly misrepresented and you contact me within 7 days of receiving the item. Buyer to pay for return shipping so please be sure and ask questions prior to purchase.
