• Where does this store ship from?

  From Canada.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  I accept returns and exchanges. If there is any problem with your order please contact me so we can discuss the problem. If not, it is possible to do a return or an exchange. Return/exchange items will be shipped the same way as on the original order. The buyer is also responsible for return shipping costs. For a return I'll accept within 7 days from when the order was delivered for a full refund minus shipping costs (also includes all duties and customs charges if applicable). Please include the original packaging that came with the item you ordered and the receipt as proof of purchase. Once I recieved the order back I will refund the amount that was paid for ASAP. For an exchange, you can exchange for the same item or another item of the same value. I'll accept within 7 days from when the order was delivered. Please include the original packaging that came with the item you ordered and the receipt as proof of purchase. Once I recieved the order back, I will sent out the exchange item to you ASAP. For damaged/defective items, please send a picture of the damage and/or a description so I can assest it. If the damage can be repaired it is possible to send the item back for repairs. The repair is free of cost. If it isn't able to be repaired, you are able to either return it for a refund or do an exchange.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Orders To Canada: The primary shipping method used is through letter mail through Canada Post. Time estimated for delivery is 3 to 6 business days. Orders To USA: The primary shipping method used is small packet surface through Canada Post. Time estimated for delivery is 6-12 business days. Please note that additional duties or tariffs may be incurred from the Customs Department and buyers are responsible for those fees. International Orders: The primary shipping method used is small packet air through Canada Post. Time estimated for delivery is 6 to 10 business days. Please note that international buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred. All orders are sent with the least expensive delivery option. PLEASE NOTE IT IS POSSIBLE TO UPGRADE THE SHIPPING SERVICE. If you wish to have your order sooner than the delivery time estimated above, it is possible to do so. Send an e-mail with the address you wish your order delivered to and I will reply back with the list of shipping methods available, the cost and the time estimated for delivery. Also I ship by weight so if you wish to place multiple orders please contact me so I can make the changes to the shipping cost.
