• Why did you choose the name?

  I named it based on when I sold bows. I thought about what a bow is to me and they are cute so that's where the "dainty" part came in. When I wear a bow, it is just an extra part to whatever it is which is a "detail" and that's it. I'm still keeping it because it still applies and can apply to anything. The things I make are just a small something extra to whatever it is you are using it with and that's the way I like it.

• Didn't you used to sell bows, what happened with that?

  I did sell bows before, for over a year. I decided to stop doing it because it didn't seem like there was enough interest in it anymore. I barely had at least one order a month for the past three months and that's not enough to keep doing it. Plus I was also getting burnt out on making bows and I didn't want that to continue. Once I hit that point, I have to stop whatever it is I'm making because I actually enjoying doing it and don't want it to become something I hate. So I just chose to finish the bow part and move on to something else that I've wanted to do for a while.

• Where does this store ship from?

  Southern California

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes, I ship worldwide.

• How much is shipping?

  Worldwide First Class $7.00 for one item; additional items $0.15 each<br> USA First Class $1.75 for one item; additional items $0.10 each

• Will sold out items be restocked?

  They can be if I notice a lot of people want it. I do have customs that you can also choose though so if something is sold out, you could also do it that way and then you can add whatever YOU want.

• Do you do custom orders?

  Yes and there is an option for it. You will be able to choose the picture that is used. The only guideline for it is to be sure that the picture is big enough and clear enough even when viewed at a smaller size. I will then ask you to send me the link to the image in the note section when you check out or you can contact me first and send the image that way and then I will let you know if it will work or not.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  I usually will be able to ship the next day, in a couple days or same day (in some cases). Within the USA, it could take anywhere from 2 - 5 days. Outside of the USA it can take up to two weeks. <b>Once it's shipped, I am not responsible if it takes longer due to the post office. You can check the tracking number that will be sent to you through the USPS website. <i>Tracking numbers will not be available for orders outside of the USA.</i></b>

• How long does it take for you to send out my order?

  When an item is up for sale, it is already made so once you order it, it goes out right away. If it's a custom order, then it may take an extra day.

• What type(s) of payment do you take?

  I prefer PayPal which is done through the store. I will also take well concealed cash. That means you can send me money through the mail but you have to be sure it is well hidden and when you hold the envelope to light, you can’t tell what’s inside. If you choose to do this, please let me know and be aware that I can’t be responsible if something happens to it.

• What is the best way to contact you?

  However you want to.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  <u><b>No returns/exchanges accepted.</u></b> What you see is what you are going to get. If I made a mistake in the sending of the item(s), please let me know and it will be worked out.
