• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  If something arrives broken send it back and if it can't be fixed by myself then I will refund you or send you an exchange item of equal value.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Currently just the U.S. and Canada. If you want something shipped elsewhere contact me at - kait@thegildedbutterfly.com and I'll do my best to work something out. :)

• Where does this store ship from?

  Plano, TX

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Usually 5-10 business days. I try to ship out orders the day after I receive them. I will send you an email and let you know it has been sent. :)

• Who made the background image for your store?

  I made the background. I used a couple of textures from - http://texturemate.com/
