• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  All sales are final. However, if there is a problem with the item itself, we will refund the full price.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Sorry, not at the moment! However, if you are willing to pay for shipping, then we will be glad to ship it to you.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 5 to 7 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• How much is shipping and handling?

  Standard flat rate is $8.75 and $1.00 with an additional item.

• Are they in stock or preorder items?

  These are all preorder items. Please give us at least 3 days to process your order and have it shipped to you. It will take anymore from 7-10 days.

• What forms of payment do you accept?

  I accept Paypal, Chase quick pay, and pay up front.
