What is this store's return and exchange policy?
All returns at buyer's expense.
As long as you meet our return policy below, you may ship back items you didn't like. You will have to pay for the return postage to us. Once we receive your return, you will get a refund for the value of the returned merchandise (no shipping refunds)
All returns MUST be made within 30 days from the ship date. However, orders placed between November 1st and Christmas (December 25th) can be returned up until January 31st.
If an item is damaged or defective when you receive it, you may return it for the same item.
If you are not happy with a clothing item because it doesn't fit, you may return it as long as it has not been washed or worn and is in re-sellable condition. You will receive a refund (less shipping). All items must still have all the tags attached.
You may return Full length CDs and Videos as long as they are unopened for a refund (less shipping).
The following may not be returned: Vinyl records, Books, Posters, Stickers, Buttons & Patches.
All new items are shipped in perfect condition, the Ska is Dead store is not liable for the arrival of records with damaged covers, bent corners, etc... this is a risk of mail order and refunds will not issued for these reasons.
What if you ship me the wrong, defective or damaged item?
If we made a mistake and ship you a wrong, defective or it was damaged in transit, it will cost you nothing to get the correct item. All you have to do is send us a message to email@example.com explaining the problem with your item. We will e-mail you a postage paid card to print out and tape to the return package, so all you will have to do is drop the package into any postal mail box (or your own). Once we receive the returned item, we will then promptly ship you the correct item. The Postage paid slip is for U.S. customers only.
For International customers email us letting us know the problem with your item, if an item was damaged in shipment (ie: warped or broken records, cds, etc... send pictures of the broken item(s). For the cost of the return shipping in U.S. dollars we will send you a new item, otherwise we can issue a refund, less shipping costs.
How do I return something I didn't like?

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
We sure do!
Our shipping costs vary due to the massive differences in weight from one item to the next, so if you are checking out and you think the store has over-calculated the shipping email Justin at: firstname.lastname@example.org with a list of the items you would like to purchase and we can arrange a custom quote for you.
It's not a perfect system, we know.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders are packed and shipped within 7 business days.
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
Please be patient. In the event that a package doesn't arrive, please email us and we'll get it straightened out. All domestic packages are shipped with a delivery confirmation certification, this information is available upon request from the buyer. All International orders have customs declaration form numbers that can sometimes be used to track packages, but is not a reliable tracking after it leaves the United States.
