  • What is a Gearhead Presale?

    Our presales are different than in the past so read up! Starting 01/01/13 Gearhead presales will be limited to two weeks or less and some may have quantity limitations. The limits are because we are no longer going to carry stock of shirts. We will ONLY print what we sell during the presales and they will be shipped individually of any other items ordered. This means that if we post a shirt of your favorite car... and you want that shirt.. you have to get it while it's on sale or risk it never being sold again. However, there is always a chance that a shirt will be so popular that it will be brought back and we will be introducing ways to measure that popularity publicly in the coming months. Shipping rates are listed once you add the item to your cart and go to check out. If you have ANY questions about presales please feel free to contact us through the feedback link on the right side of the page.
  • Do you accept checks or money orders?

    No. Paypal or credit/debit card through paypal only.
  • What is this store's return and exchange policy?

    We want you to be happy with the shirt you purchase. Your satisfaction is important to us and because of this we try very hard to provide accurate descriptions and images of the merchandise we sell. We accept returns within 10 days of the delivery date as long as the merchandise is in its original, unaltered condition. To return an item it’s important you follow the instructions below. Shipping costs are not refundable and expect that any shipping costs (discounts) paid by Gearhead Shirts will be deducted from your credit. We do not accept returns for any reason after 30 days. If an item is returned without prior authorization a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your credit. Please follow these simple steps: - Contact us via email at customerservice@gearheadshop.com to request authorization. Be sure to provide your name, invoice number and the exact items which you want to return. - Make sure the items are in their original condition, just as you received them. - Package the return in safe, secure package, just as you received it originally. We will not credit you for an item if it arrives to us damaged. Your package must be mailed to us within 7 days of requesting authorization to return. - Include in the package your name, email address and invoice number.   • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    Yes, we ship worldwide. Payment can be made using most credit cards or Paypal. Your country may impose additional taxes or duties. These fees are not controlled or collected by Gearhead Shirts. Please make sure you are familiar with your country's customs process and fee structure before you order so you know what to expect. ***PLEASE NOTE***: The United States Postal Service offers only limited tracking services for international packages; we cannot be responsible for lost or delayed packages.
  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Orders are shipped via USPS on Mondays. We ship most domestic (USA) orders via USPS Standard Mail which takes 3-10 days*. Orders to Canada ship First Class Mail or Priority Mail International and all other international orders are shipped via International First Class. International shipping time varies depending on the destination country's customs process. Our local post office states a shipping and delivery time frame of four to six weeks. * this information is provided to us by the US Postal Service and is not guaranteed.

  • What if anything else is wrong with my order?

  • How do I make a change to an existing order?

    Please email us at customerservice@gearheadshop.com right away with your request and we will be happy to make the change for you. If your shirt has been packaged and shipped we can no longer makes changes to your order.
