What's the exchange rate that you use to calculate SGD?
If you're making payment via iBanking transfers, I'll calculate the amount using the exchange rate of USD 1 = SGD 1.25

How are my items being shipped?
All international packages will be shipped via registered mail(comes with a tracking no.)
All local(Singapore) packages will be shipped via standard mail(does not come with tracking no.) unless registered mail(comes with tracking no.) is chosen upon checkout.
We will not be liable for item(s) lost,or damaged in transit. All customers are encouraged to opt for registered postage as it comes with a tracking number.
Rest assured that we will be wrapping your purchased item(s) in bubble wrap and packaged in a box/container/gift bag to ensure that the items reach you in mint condition.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most local(SG) orders take anywhere from 2 to 7 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of the local postal service.
International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 4 weeks.
All packages will be shipped out within 48hrs.

What is this store's return and exchange policy?
Due to hygiene reasons, refunds/exchange of earrings are not accepted.
For other refunds/exchange, kindly note that refunds and exchanges will be on a case-by-case basis. I would require a photograph of the item(s) if it's damaged. The returns should be carefully packaged. All returns should be made within 30 days after receiving the item. All initial and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
