We do not offer refunds at this time. We will only offer to exchange the item if there is a flaw. If your item is flawed, you must ship it back within three days in order to exchange it.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Currently we do not ship outside the US. However, if there is an item you are absolutely dying to purchase and you do live outside the US, please contact us at sales@rhjewelers.com and we will see what we can do.
