• Where does this store ship from?

  US.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  All sales are final, we do not accept returns or refunds, unless the item is damaged, or if you got the wrong item. If your item got damaged during shipping, please send a photo of the damaged item or return the wrong item to us and we'll send a new one. It's very rare that a package gets lost in the mail! Unfortunatly we have no control over shipping, we cannot replace or refund lost packages.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped within the US, orders take 2-4 business days (depending on the efficiency of your local postal service). International shipping delivery times may vary between 1 to 3 weeks.

• When will you ship out my order?

  Once we recieve your money, we ship out your order the next day. Except for Sundays when the post office is closed.

• Is it safe to buy from you?

  Yes, most definitely! We accept secure card payments via PayPal. We keep all your personal details safe and secure, and never pass them on to third parties. We will never sell or publish your personal info - it's only used for shipping purposes.

• What does "kawaii" mean?

  The word “kawaii” is a Japanese word meaning “cute”.

• Can I pay in cash (COD)?

  WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN CASH DURING TRANSIT. Make sure your cash is carefully concealed and cannot be seen through the envelope.   Kawaii Heaven is an online store specialising in kawaii gifts and cellphone accessories. We’re based in the US, but we offer delivery all around the world. We’re constantly on the lookout for kawaii new items to offer to our customers! ;D Much of our stock can’t be bought in the US so we source it directly from China. Often we’ll stock limited quantities of an item, so if you see something you really like, it’s best to get it quickly!

• How did you get your name?

  When you enter our site and see all the kawaii things we are selling, it feels like you are in "Kawaii Heaven" :)

• What payment methods do you accept?

  Currently, we accept PAYPAL , CREDIT CARD & DEBIT CARD payments. We also accept MONEY ORDERS but we discourage it.
