• Where does this store ship from?

  Every item is shipped from Italy.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  While I hope you will be happy with every "Spider Stratagem" purchase, if there is ever any problem, please let me know. I will always try and make things right. If for any reason you have a problem or concern with the item(s) that you have purchased, please write me and let me try to rectify the situation before leaving negative or neutral feedback. • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes,for sure!Items are shipped worldwide! I will write you to let you know when your purchase will be shipped - which will usually be the next business day after payment is received.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 8 weeks.

• Which payment methods do you accept?

  I prefer payments via PayPal and credit card. I can also accept other payment methods if you prefer.Contact me and we can talk over. Please pay within 7 days of purchase (unless we have discussed other arrangements). If payment is not received within 7 days, the item(s) will be relisted.
