• Where does this store ship from?

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  All Sales are Final. Due to the amount of time required in each hand-crafted item we cannot accept returns or exchanges at this time.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Sorry. We only ship within the United States.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.

• How do I care for my product?

  Each shipped product will come with care instructions if applicable. Please use caution with all items for children under 3. While all items are intended to be safe children sometimes have a way of damaging products. Many items are made with buttons or other small parts. Keep your child safe and don't let them play with or chew on the product as danger may occur. These items should only be used as intended. (headbands, bracelets, hair clips.. etc.)

• What are the costs of shipping & Handling?

  All shipped orders will have a $2.99 for the first item and for each additional item that is shipped there will be a $0.50 charge.

• How are the products made and cared for?

  Our products are made from a variety of quality materials. Products made from natural materials may be more fragile than others and they will require extra special care. Each product is hand-crafted with great care and precision. There are no mass produced or commercialized products sold in this store. Each item is an original piece. Therefore, you must expect human error will come into play. We do not use any machines to manufacture our products. They are done 100% by hand! Please read the insert that is provided within your package. It will outline any special care instructions.
