  SPINNERS RETURN IF RUSTED, OR WRONG SPINNER SENT. ORIGINAL SPINNER MUST BE SENT BACK BEFORE WE SEND NEW ONE. BURNERS HAS A 30 DAY RETURN. NO RETURN ON TARTS
