What is this store's return and exchange policy?
Returns can be made within 30 days of purchase of goods returned in new condition. Shipping is not a refundable item. Customer must obtain a return code from the seller prior to sending the item back. Credit will be given to the purchaser after the item is received in excellent condition. Customers should email Linda Lea at firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire about returns prior to sending a package back.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
If an item is custom ordered, allow three weeks for the construction of the item to be made. Products for sale on Storenvy.com can be ordered in different sizes - exact fabric replications are impossible, however, due to the re-cycling nature of the materials used - items can be ordered to size in a particular color scheme, and color photographs emailed to the client prior to purchase and shipping. Once a special order is completed, it will be loaded into the storefront so that the client can purchase the item.
How do I make a special order?
Simply contact Linda Lea at email@example.com and a short telephone conference can be arranged to work out the details. Because all items in Linda Lea Threads are custom built from supplies on hand - such as bolt end remnants and fabric swatches - there will never be two items that are exactly alike. Even if there is enough fabric to make two items in two sizes, chances are the trims are going to be different. Clients and Linda Lea can discuss options, make some choices and move forward with a design based on that conversation. Clients have a right to refuse any custom order prior to purchase if the item doesn't fit the client's expectations.
