• Where does this store ship from?

  California.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  If you are unhappy with something you bought here you can return it for a full refund. Simply contact us before doing so and we can work something out. Buyer does have to pay return shipping but your full purchase price including shipping will be refunded.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Absolutely, we have experience with international shipping and will make sure your records arrive safe and sound.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 14 business days to arrive depending on the whether your record was shipped media mail (LP's) or First Class (7"s). International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. All orders are shipped within 2 business days no exceptions.

• Collections you want to sell?

  We are always looking to buy collections for store inventory. Shoot us an email and we can try and work something out.

• Are your records packed well?

  Yes every record is packed in a record mailer with added cardboard and/or bubble wrap padding. We know how frustrating it is to get a damaged record in the mail and want to avoid that at all costs!!
