• Where does this store ship from?

  We ship from Houston, TX.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  All sales are final. Om Nom Lindos is not responsible for damages, delays, or errors made by mailing company.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We only ship to the United States and Canada. If you're really interested in an item but live some where else, please contact me.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  All items will be shipped within 3 business days after payment is received. Double check your Etsy shipping information so the item you ordered is sent to YOUR address (unless told otherwise). Shipping expenses include postage costs and packaging

• What do you sell?

  We sell hand-crocheted and hand-sewned items, made from a pet-free and non-smoking home. We sell kawaii, or cute, items that will surely bring a smile to your face :)
