• Where does this store ship from?

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  We do not accept returns. All of our items are accurately and honestly described through photos and item descriptions They are all vintage and gently-used and may have imperfections (which would have been mentioned.) Please read item description throughly, view each picture, and ask questions before purchasing. We'll gladly answer as quickly as possible. If there is a major flaw with the item that we forgot to mention, please contact us before leaving feedback. No returns due to ill fit. Be sure to read the item description for sizing and measurements before purchasing.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Not at this time.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  We use USPS, FedEx, or Greyhound standard shipping and ship the item out within 2 business days of receiving payment. We also pay for confirmation so we can keep track of your item and make sure that its delivered. Our apologizes that we DON'T SHIP EXPRESS. Sending invoices for extra money can make purchases complicated so we try to keep the transaction as simple as possible. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of USPS, FedEx, or Greyhound.

• What if I have a problem with my order?

  Buyer's satisfaction is extremely important to us. Feel free to ask us any questions, or state any issues, that you may have. We're all ears!
