Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Due to many problems with international orders we only send out orders to the USA.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We add tracking numbers to all United States orders.
Processing generally takes 1-3 days.
Once shipped within the US, orders take 2-4 business days (depending on the efficiency of your local postal service). Each United States order includes a tracking number which we will list on paypal once your items have shipped.
If you need an order by a certain date please contact me ahead of time. If the order is needed in less than one week in advance extra shipping charges may apply for a faster service.
What is this store's payment policy?
We gladly accept debit and credit cards, regular account payments all through PayPal and money through the mail, please contact me if you plan on sending money for address and order information. It must be in USD.
Please note that after your order is confirmed you will have 5 business days before I cancel your order. This gives you enough time to send your money and to get it to me. Any money received after this amount of time has elapsed will be sent back.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN CASH DURING TRANSIT. Make sure your cash is carefully concealed and cannot be seen through the envelope, also please write out your order and enclose it in the envelope. Your order will be shipped upon receiving your payment.
What is this store's return and exchange policy?
All sales are final, we do not accept returns or refunds, unless you got the wrong item. If you have any problems please contact us. It is very rare that a package gets lost in the mail. Unfortunately we have no control over shipping, we cannot replace or refund lost packages.
If your package is returned to us because of an error on your part you must pay for shipping again or we will refund you your payment minus shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee.
