RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
14-Day Return Policy:
Passion Emporium values your satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, simply return your items for a refund or exchange. A refund will be issued less shipping fees. Returned items must be in their original condition and original packaging with tags and sanitary protection intact (NO EXCEPTIONS). Shoes must be in original box & box may not be used as the shipping box. Please ensure that you wear undergarments when trying on swimwear and lingerie. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who, in our opinion, makes excessive returns and exchanges. Clearance items may only be exchanged. Items received after the 14-day period or in a condition that is not compliant with our return policy will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
We carry many different brands and manufacturer labels. We inspect all merchandise and are confident it is free of manufacturer defects. All merchandise we carry is brand new first quality. We do from time to time offer a close-out special, at a bargain basement price, and the detail section of that item will state all information and if it is slightly irregular, for example.
International exchanges are subject to additional shipping charges.
All returns are inspected. Sorry, no returns will be accepted or store credit applied for any returned item that is torn, has been worn, shows dirt or make-up, smells of smoke, original tags removed or out of the original packaging, etc. Panties and Girdles/Panty-Type Shapewear is not valid for a return/exchange. The cost of re-shipping of merchandise or for an exchange is the responsibility of the customer.
Final Sales:
Health regulations stipulate that clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered cannot be taken back. As lingerie and swimwear are delicate by nature, we offer no warranty once the tags are removed. All sales are final on the following items: panties, thongs, men's boxers & thongs, hosiery, accessories, body creams, gels or any similar romantic gifts at management's discretion (NO EXCEPTIONS).
Procedure for Returns:
To return a item you must login to your account and go to "View Completed Orders" and click on the item you want to return.
If any items are to be returned you must notify us and list the product number and reason for the returns must be included in the box or the order will not be processed.
Use the original (or similar) box. We strongly recommend that you insure your return package, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages. All refunds are issued in the original form of payment. Refunds are issued within 30 days of receipt of the original merchandise. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you once the refund is processed. Please allow sufficient time for the credit to appear on your account statement. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Procedure for Exchanges:
To return a item for an exchange you must login to your account and go to "View Completed Orders" and click on the item you want to return.

Use the original (or similar) box. For an exchange, list the size, style and designer of the item you would like to receive in exchange. Please note exchanges are dependent on current stock availability. In the event an item you requested for an exchange is backordered, we will notify you of the possible delay. We will also contact you if the item requested for an exchange has been discontinued and we are not able to fulfill your request. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
