• Where does this store ship from?

  This store ships from Massachusetts towards the Boston area.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  If you find yourself in a situation where you are unsatisfied with your purchase or the shirt or CD you purchased is not the one you wanted, or if you would like to exchange it for a different size, please bring it to one of our shows if we are playing in the area, or send an email to exitingthefallband@gmail.com to figure out shipping details. We will not accept any t-shirts that have excessively worn or have been washed (or what we deem unacceptable for return i.e. there is a bad smell on it or a stain caused when in your possession)

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
