  30 Day Return Policy QSpace5 accepts the following Payment Methods: PayPal SHIPPING USPS Priority Mail SALES TAX Sales tax is only required for orders shipping within our resident state. Therefore, all orders shipping within Texas will be charged the applicable sales tax. ORDER CHANGES You may request a change to your order, provided your order has not already been processed and shipped. RETURNS Returns will be allowed within 30 days of purchase. Sales invoice must accompany ALL returns. All merchandise MUST be returned in original packaging and in resalable condition. We do not offer returns on Ancient Kauri Wood products, boot jewelry and laser / scroll saw patterns. RESTOCKING FEE A $5.00 restocking fee will be applied to all non-defective returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. For orders with Free Shipping, the original shipping charges will also now apply. TYPOGRAPHICAL / TECHNICAL ERRORS In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or database errors in pricing or material information received from our suppliers, Qspace5 shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Qspace5 shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Qspace5 shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. Email delivery of patterns will be in 2 - 3 days.
