• Payments

  Payment is due within 3 days of purchase, but if you need more time please send me a note so we can make accommodations for you.

• Where does this store ship from?

  We ship from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  We ship via Canada Post. Orders shipped within the Canada take about 2-5 business days to ship. USA orders take 4-10 days. International orders can take up to 4-12 weeks, dependent on any delays in customs, please note, this time frame is for standard ground shipping, we offer a faster shipping time at an additional fee. Contact us for more information on that.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do! We have shipped items as far as China, Brazil, and Australia.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Return Policy Although we strive to provide you with exceptional products, problems may arise. Every product has a 14 day return policy. Please inspect your items upon arrival, & if you are not satisfied please notify us immediately. If we cannot remedy the situation for you, please mail the item back to us within 14 days and we will refund your full purchase price. Items must be returned in original, unused condition. Bedding must not be used/chewed or a refund is not available. NO REFUNDS FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS THAT ARE REFUSED AT CUSTOMS. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO PAY FOR ALL CUSTOMS FEES INCURRED. IF AN ITEM IS RETURNED DUE TO FAILURE TO PAY CUSTOMS FEES, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES, NO EXCEPTIONS. Refund Policy At Canadian Comforts we try to work with you, sadly in the past we have had some people take advantage of our kindness and as such I have placed this in place: Refunds are accepted for returned items as stated above. Any item returned to us that has been altered in anyway we have the right to refuse to a refund. Refunds are at our discretion only. Items not received are subject to ONE replacement at our discretion, once a replacement has been send we refuse the right for refunds for said items unless you return the item and it has no alterations. Orders that have been placed and are near completion are subject to a 25% fee. This means you will only receive 75% of your purchase price. We are happy to provide you with photos of your items that are near completion with this. Sadly we have had a few people cancel once their order was done but not shipped. This takes time away from other orders that could be completed.

• Product Care

  All products can be washed on normal cycles in any temperature of water (we use cold or warm). Wash with a detergent that does not contain fabric softener. A small amount of vinegar can be added to the rinse cycle to reduce odor. Dry on low to medium heat. Do not use dryer sheets on cuddle cups. *Colder water has been found to make bedding last longer*
