• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Due to health and sanitary reasons there are NO RETURNS or EXCHANGES on any body jewelry. Please be sure to know what size body jewelry you need before you order. If by chance you do run into a problem or there's a mistake made on my behalf, feel free to email me at bigearholes@ymail.com and I'll do what i can to work something out.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
