• Where does this store ship from?

  Denver, CO

• I didn't get my package (AKA my package was damaged, stolen, or lost)

  Damn, what a bummer! I really am sorry about that, but unfortunately there is nothing I can do. If you would like to add tracking or insurance to your order, you can always email us after your order has been placed, otherwise we are not liable or responsible for any packages that get lost, damaged, or stolen via USPS.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  We are always going to try to make sure you are pleased with your order. If your order doesn't fit, shoot me an email and as long as the shirt is in GREAT condition, we can switch the sizes out (You would cover shipping to us and back to you!)

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Unless we are on tour, your order will be shipped in 1-3 business days. You should receive your order in 7-10 business days. If you have not received your order in 14 business days, please email us so we can get it figured out!

• Why is there dog and/or cat hair on my order?

  Sorry about that! Not only do we often do shirts where the proceeds benefit various dog organizations, we also live in a house with 4 dogs (2 rescues!) and 2 cats (both rescues!) so it gets a little hard to keep everything hair free! I try to lint roll the orders as they go out, but I might miss something. Regardless, we apologize about the hair.
