• Where does this store ship from?

  Woodbine, GA - A rural town near Interstate 95 in Southeast Georgia, about 30 minutes north of the Florida border and an hour north of Jacksonville, FL.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  AOapparel ships DOMESTIC ORDERS using USPS flat rate shippers (Priority Mail). Our products are usually shipped within 1-2 days after the order/payment has been received. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS are shipped through USPS First Class Mail as an International Parcel. Generally, domestic orders will arrive within 2-5 days while international orders may range from 5 days to 2 weeks.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do! However, shipping to international locations will take longer for you to receive and there may be an additional shipping charge. Email AOapparel.info@gmail.com to find out how long it will take for us to ship to you.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Not satisfied? AOapparel will only accept returns or exchanges on unworn/unwashed/defective items. They will only be accepted after this has been verified. If you believe your item has a defect or if you have any other problems and questions, email aoapparel.info@gmail.com with an inquiry. Trying on an item does not count as being worn. Returns must be post-marked within seven days from when you receive your order. You are responsible for paying for any shipping. Once your package is received and the item is confirmed as returnable, a refund to your Paypal account will be issued in the amount of the item plus any sales tax you may have paid. You will not be refunded for shipping and handling.
