• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Crown Villains Fair Return Policy Every product ordered at CV is created just for you. Because they are custom made, returned goods cannot be resold and are either donated or thrown away. Promise: 1. If we make a mistake, we will send you a replacement or refund your money. 2. If you make a mistake with your order, call us and we will see what we can reasonably do to help you get the shirt you want. Should a mistake arise, we kindly ask that you contact us within 30 days to coordinate an acceptable solution. Please include your order number and a detailed explanation of the problem

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We accept orders placed outside the US . All orders have to be charged through Paypal account to be verified.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  95% of all orders leave us within 48 business hours of receiving the order and payment. Prerequisites for speedy delivery: Payment in full to our account Complete shipping and billing addresses and no problems with the design or product Your order will be started during the next business day after payment is received and may take up to two business days to ship. The shipping times below represent how long delivery will take once it leaves Spreadshirt. 3 Day Select and Next Day Air Saver cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses. If you enter a P.O. • Method of Payment

  PayPal: The transaction will be processed by PayPal, an external financial service provider. During the checkout process you will be redirected to PayPal and pay with your account there. Your data will not be transferred to Spreadshirt. After verifications have been completed by PayPal your order will then be processed. (Not available for all countries.)

• Can I cancel or change my order

  To cancel or change an order, you must first check the status of your order to see if this is possible. Please send us an email to make sure items are not in production. If your order is labeled “in production”, you will not be able to make changes to your order. If it is marked as “wait” or as “new”, and it is between the times of 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. ET Monday - Friday, you will be able to cancel or change your order by calling our customer service department at
