  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days (M-F) pending availability. Once shipped, domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 (Usually 2-3) business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. Expedited shipping is available by phone or email(PayPal) based on the immediate availability of an item. Shipping prices are quoted based on individual orders. Please call or email info@nupemall.com for more specific information. **See next question for more shipping info on "made to order items".**
  • What does "made to order" mean?

    Because we offer a wide variety of colors and sizes in many of our items we are unable to keep every size and color in stock at all times. Therefore, these items are not created until you order them. Generally, made-to-order items are created within 2-3 business days (M-F) but this timing may vary without notice during extremely busy or travel seasons. If you would like to have an item by a specific date or event please be sure to order ahead of time and contact us prior to placing your order.
  • What is this store's return and exchange policy?

    We are pleased to exchange or return your unworn/unwashed item within 30 days of the original delivery date. Exchanged items will be shipped to customers at no cost only ONE time. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Nupemall reserves the right to refuse any return if the item appears damaged, worn or returned after 30th day. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. ***Email info@nupemall.com Before returning a package.*** Items mailed back to the shipping label address could result in lost/missing packages since it is not a deliverable address.   • Can I exchange a Blazer for another size?

    Blazers can be exchanged or returned in perfect condition with tags attached and accompanied by a receipt within TEN (10) days of the original delivery date (or purchase if not online). Exchanged items will be shipped to customers at no cost only ONE time. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Nupemall reserves the right to refuse any return if the item appears damaged, worn, has odor or is returned after 10th day. Customers will be held responsible for any damage caused during return shipping. It may be in your best interest to choose a shipping carrier that offers insurance to cover damages. ***Email info@nupemall.com Before returning a package.*** Items mailed back to the shipping label address could result in lost/missing packages since it is not a deliverable address.
  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  • Help! I haven't received my package.

    1. Have you received a shipping confirmation? YES? Check your tracking number.(proceed to #2) NO? Contact Nupemall 2. If the package has been marked "delivered" contact your local Post Office to determine when and where it was left. 3. If you still can not locate the package contact Nupemall and we will attempt to help you find it. See below for more details on lost package procedure.
  • I think my package is lost.

    Lost/Stolen packages are handled on a case by case basis as there are many factors that could have caused this situation. If you think your package us lost please call or email is immediately. Bad weather does Not constitute a lost package. If there is bad weather along the route of your delivery please expect delays. Although we will do everything we can to resolve this issue, Nupemall is NOT responsible for Lost, Missing or Stolen packages. Once a package is marked Delivered by the Post Office no claim can be filed for insurance or refund purposes. If there is no confirmed delivery date on a package we are happy to file a lost package claim on your behalf. Resolutions take 7-10 business days for standard cases. Nupemall solely decides whether or not merchandise will be replaced. **Please note that this can be a lengthy process in some cases. We can only be held responsible for packages until they leave our hands. Once in the hands of USPS we have no choice but to allow them to resolve issues as they arise.**
  • Where is your storefront located?

    Currently, we do not have a storefront available for customers to visit. Therefore, all orders must be shipped even if you are in driving distance of our warehouse.
  • Do you travel to events?

    Yes, we do travel during the months of March-May and September-November to official Kappa Alpha Psi events. Official portions of these events are for members of the fraternity only but vending areas are generally open to the public.
  • I can't get anyone on the phone!

    Although we answer many calls daily we are not always available to speak to each person who calls. In efforts to provide fast and efficient shipping we generally log fewer office hours and more time processing orders to be shipped as quickly as possible. We also travel to Official Kappa Events Thursday-Sunday every weekend during the months of March-May and September-November. If you can not reach us by phone please email us at info@nupemall.com for the fastest response. We answer emails throughout the day and try to reply to every email within 24 hours.
