  • Where does this store ship from?

  • What happens with missing packages?

    Unfortunately Sincerely, Maeko cannot be held responsible for items lost in the mail. It is very, very rare that I encounter issues with lost packages unless given an incorrect address. Due to this, please double check to make sure addresses are correct before finalizing an order! You can notify me within 48 hours of a mistyped address at SincerelyMaeko@gmail.com ^~^ In any case, if the package does not reach it's destination, it will be returned back to me and I will then contact the buyer, double check the address, and send it back out (or issue a full refund). In addition, tracking is placed ONLY orders within the United States (please message me if you do not receive your Tracking # via email and also check your Spam email just in case!).
  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  • How do I get my Tracking Number?

    Once I send out your package, I will input your Tracking # into the Storenvy's new system. From there you should receive an alert through email. If you are unable to locate the email, please message me with your order number and I will be more than happy to send you your Tracking # that way!
  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Once shipped, most domestic orders may take anywhere from 2-10 business days to arrive after shipping. International shipping delivery may take up to 3 weeks.
  • When do you ship out orders?

    Most orders are now being shipping out within 1-2 weeks of receiving your order. Packages may be received a bit sooner depending on my random work schedule, but please do not hesitate to message me! For E-Checks: Once your check has been cleared, I will mail out the package within a week from then.
  • What is this store's return and exchange policy?

    If there is a mistake on your order, please message me within 48 hours of the order so that we may work out a refund or an exchange. If your item is damaged or not to your satisfaction you may return it for a full refund or make an exchange within 5 days of receiving the item. If you decide you would like a refund, the full amount will be refunded back to you as soon as I receive the item in the mail.
