• Where does this store ship from?

  I am based in the United Kingdom. Everything ships from my home there.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase I will exchange your item with something else or I can refund your money, except shipping money, to your Paypal account, if I receive the item unworn, resellable and in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. Please contact me before returning an item. If there is an error from my part I will gladly accept returns. I will also refund any shipping costs incurred.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  I accept orders from anywhere on the planet. I am not in the US either so it makes sense that way :)

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. Please allow 5 working days between purchase and dispatch. During busy seasons this may be longer. UK shipping: Items will be sent First class (estimated delivery times approx 1-2 days). If your item has not arrived after 15 days, please contact me for a refund or replacement. If you need Registered Mail with a track number it costs 0.77p more. Please message me if you want your mail registered. International shipping: Items will be sent standard airmail (estimated 3-5 working days). If your item has not arrived after 25 days, please contact me for a refund or replacement. Standard international airmail does not provide tracking, If you need Registered Mail with a track number it costs $8.09 more. Please message me if you want your mail registered. If you need to send a gift to someone I will gladly send it for you to any address.

• Do you make custom orders?

  I am always happy to help so anything you like in the shop that you would prefer a bit different, longer, shorter, wider, etc, please feel free to contact me for any questions or requests you may have.

• What if the item I want is sold out?

  Don't worry! Just send me a message and I can make your item asap. I'll let you know just how long it will take (usually up to a week depending on item and current orders) and keep you informed through the whole process if needed.
